I am very aware of how loneliness feels. I know the pain of watching people I always thought would “be there” disappear. I have sat alone in many hotels around the world and felt like the most isolated lonely man on the earth even though I had just stood before hundreds even thousands of people. I understand how easy it is to forget what the Bible says and allow fear to grip our heart and mind.
